Kibo Palace Hotel Arusha

It’s the perfect place to go before starting Safari! We arrived very early after a long flight and Erick the nice receptionist managed to give us a room where we could rest! The staff are what make this place special! Everyone has a big smile on their face and is so polite and genuine. A special shout out to Adam who served us delicious lunch by the pool and David at dinner in the restaurant. We had by far the best paneer curry we’ve ever had. In general the food choice was amazing and great vegetarian options as well. The room was very clean and comfortable. When we checked out two of the housekeeping staff offered to take our bags on the way down. The level of service was incredible and many other 5 star hotels could learn front hear guys. The hotel is situated close to the town within walking distance. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It has a homely feeling about it.

The breakfast buffet which is included in the price was shockingly good. On par with any upscale American hotel. Incredible selection. Made to order eggs. Real fresh baked goods. Good juices. Three choices of sausage plus bacon. Pool water was as clean and clear like drinking water.

The property is beautiful - Lovely garden and spacious rooms. The rooms have a classic tasteful style. The breakfast was great, lots of pastries, protein and fruit. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I would certainly have extended my stay if I didn’t have to work.

Location. Fresh food especially my dry tilapia, cleanliness, fantastic staff attitude, steambath and sauna, completely soundproof, very good phone etiquette from the various departments they answer immediately and attention to every detail
